Do you want to get Fortnite for iPhone or iPad and play it? If you didn’t already have the Fortnite app installed on your iOS device before the ban, we’ve got some bad news for you: it’s still unavailable.

Apple will only allow you to download Fortnite from the App Store if you already had it installed on your iPhone or iPad prior to the ban. If you’re worried about the game’s disappearance from the Apple App Store and don’t know how to download it on your iOS device, don’t be: there are several other ways to download and play Fortnite on iOS.

If you’ve never downloaded the Fortnite game from the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad before, follow the steps outlined below to get it on your iOS device.

• Follow the first section of this guide to download and install AltStore on your iOS device. (Note that the instructions for installing AltStore on your iPhone or iPad are separate from the instructions for installing Delta Emulator.)
• Using the Safari browser, download the Fortnite IPA file directly to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod by searching for it on Google.
• Open AltStore once the game has finished downloading.
• Then, on the My Apps screen, click the “+” symbol in the upper left corner.
• Look for the Fortnite IPA file you just downloaded in the explorer and double-click it (usually it is in the download folder)
• The game’s installation will begin. It will be completed automatically after a few seconds.
• That’s all there is to it; open Fortnite and continue/start playing as usual.
• Keep in mind that you must renew the certificate every 6/7 days in the case of AltStore, or both AltStore and Fortnite will stop working.
